His True Queen is LIVE!

I’m chuffed to damn bits to bring you the second and final book in my Smoke & Mirrors Duology.

The Controversial Princess and His True Queen were probably the most fun I’ve had writing a story. The push and pull of Adeline & Josh, the chemistry, the explosive heights I could take these two characters to. When I first came up with the idea, I questioned whether it was a good idea. I also questioned if I dare delve into the complex world of the British Monarchy. Because though my royal family would be utterly fictional, I needed them to be believable too. That meant following everything I knew about British royalty, as well as finding out more. I certainly didn’t want to bamboozle my readers with too much, especially political stuff as it’s not the side of things that interests me at all. The etiquette and customs, however, were most definitely important. These characters had to be believable. You had to feel their plight and frustration. You had to feel trapped with them, in a world you started to hate, too. You had to want to cheer them on. To have their freedom. And their love. It was truly a pleasure, and one is left feeling somewhat proud of oneself ? Because the reviews have been out of this royal world ? Thank you! So bloody much ❤️
